1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MealLX, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MealLX for personal and commercial restaurant management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on MealLX; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Service Description

MealLX provides restaurant management software including but not limited to order management, table reservations, menu management, staff management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or as you explicitly permit. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MealLX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MealLX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MealLX: in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; to transmit any malicious code or viruses; to interfere with or disrupt the service; to impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user; or for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MealLX, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of MealLX after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
